Guidelines for SP Flash Tool install

  • Download and install MTK USB Driver | Android CDC Driver on your PC. 

  • Switch Power Off your Mediatek device and remove the battery if it is removable.

  • Download the Stock ROM of your Mediatek device and extract it on your PC. 

  • Download and Extract SP Flash Tool on the PC. 

  • Now Open SP Flash Tool EXE to launch the tool.

  • Once the SP Flash tool is launched click on the Scatter- Loading button.

  • Locate the Scatter File now (You can find the Scatter file in the Stock ROM of your device).

  • Remove the Preloader checkbox now (Flashing the Preloader.bin can brick the device).

  • To begin the flashing process, click the Download button.

  • Connect your Mediatek Device to the PC using the USB cable (But make sure it is power off). After connecting the device to the computer Press the Volume Down or Volume UP key so that the SP Flash tool can detect the device.

  • The flashing process will begin automatically once the PC detects your computer.

  • When the flashing process is completed, a Green Ring will appear at the end.

  • Now close the SP Flash Tool on the PC and disconnect the device from the PC.


Caution: We don’t recommend you to flash the preloader.bin file using the SP Flash tool as it may brick the device. Until beginning, the flashing phase, make sure the preloader.bin option is unchecked.
